Lonesome day.
You walk away.
I regret that lonesome day,
Not admitting truths.
Regardless of what friends say.
Life isn’t better as friends.
They were right…
now my life has changed
changed into something I love.
Had I told you the truth
not just shrugged you off
you probably wouldn’t be
my friend today.
one small change
would have changed
my life, for the worse
on this
lonesome day.
